Tricia Davila
Ms. Davila began her educational career in 1997 and has 23 years of experience in the public school setting. Some of the roles she has held include classroom teacher at both the middle school and high school levels, staff developer, high school assistant principal and elementary school principal. Her academic background includes a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of the Incarnate Word. Being an educator has afforded her the honor to serve and to share in the accolades of many students and teachers throughout the years, however, her greatest achievement comes not professionally but personally as she is the proud mother of twins Ella and Jett.
“Through my experience as a teacher and administrator, I have come to learn that great schools are the result of everyone working together to serve our children. As the old African Proverb states, “It takes a village to raise a child.” An excellent education is not possible without the great collaboration of students, parents, community and staff. Working together, we will support high levels of student achievement through high-quality instruction and advocate for a safe, orderly school environment where our students will feel happy, secure and excited to learn.”
